Our Process
Wright & Van Custom Homes will help you from start to finish. Come by our office to see the materials, hardware, and fixtures we use in the homes we build.
Chances are this is the first time you have been through any thing like getting a new home built. You might not know how to even begin the process. It's OK, because many who came in to our office were in the same boat. We will explain the whole process to you, so when you leave you'll have a good understanding as to what choices to make such as home size, materials, fixtures, and cabinets. It's a lot to take in, but we will help simplify the process for you whether its wood, block, or I.C.F. frame construction.
We also offer allowances for appliances. That way you and your significant other can go to a designated appliance dealer and pick out any appliance package you want. Why settle for builder grade appliances when you can upgrade to stainless steel appliances!
